Hello! Thank you for your interest in Room to Reward, a unique way for you to give some time back to your wonderful volunteers with a well-earned break in some amazing hotels at no cost to you, or them.

R2R is open to all voluntary organisations – Registered Charities, Community Groups, Grassroots Sports Clubs… anyone with wonderful volunteers doing wonderful things is welcome to join.

Before you register with us, please watch the video below which just goes over the main procedures, explains how the nominations work, how the breaks are booked and answers the main faq’s.

Once you’ve watched, please fill in the form and we can get you up and running!

 If you’re not a registered charity, please fill out the form below with organisation name etc. as normal. In the ‘Charity Number’ field, just enter any registration number your organisation may have or 000.

In the ‘Any Notes’ section, please give us an overview of your organisation’s purpose and a rough count of how many volunteers you have.
