R2R Night Golf – 26 & 27th March

Featuring glow in the dark balls, flags and a fairway’s load of fun, this is golf with a difference! Taking place at Barton on Sea Golf Club on 2 evenings in March, event entry is £220 for a team of 4 and your evening includes: All night golf accessories, 1 buggy per team, a welcome drink, 5 holes of unique golf, on-course challenges and a 2-course dinner featuring an envelope draw and fabulous fundraising prizes.

Sail to Reward – 9th June

We are heading back out on the Solent water for another day of thrilling racing and fantastic fundraising. The day begins with breakfast and briefings at Harbour Hotel Southampton before teams take to their yachts and head out to sea. Expertly guided by Skippers and First Mates, you’ll learn the ropes before taking part in a series of races to decide the winner of the now-coveted Mermaid Trophy. Dinner back at the hotel includes prize giving, envelope draws, a raffle and auction, as well as an inspiring talk from one of Britain’s greatest Paralympians, Richard Whitehead MBE. Golf to Reward – 3rd September

The R2R Golf Day has something for everyone. 18 fantastic holes at Barton-on-Sea Golf Club – including nearest the pins and putting competitions and financial penalties for disturbing the fish! – followed by a luxurious dinner at Harbour Hotel Christchurch with after-dinner entertainment from former England International striker James Beattie and thrilling auction.

Celebrating the best of Hampshire!

After the fantastic success of The Great Dorset Menu in 2023, we headed up the coast to bring the best chefs and produce in Hampshire together for an unforgettable night of food and fundraising. Hosted at the fantastic Harbour Hotel Southampton, the night saw Luke Matthews (Chewton Glen), Dan Rogan (AO), Andy Wright (The Pig) and Luke Holder (Limewood) create an unforgettable menu accompanied by incredible wines and finished off with delectable cocktails. Over £24,000 was raised!

The R2R Golf Day – back once again!

Another fantastic day on the beautiful course at Barton on Sea Golf Club was followed by a delectable dinner and auction at Harbour Hotel Christchurch. This year’s host – Graham Poll – shared some fantastic after-dinner stories from a career of refereeing top-flight football, with tales including the likes of Sir Alex Ferguson, Thierry Henry and David Beckham and hosted a wonderful auction. All in all, the day raised over £14,000 for R2R, with Enotria&Coe reclaiming the crown they first won in the first ever R2R golf day back in 2021!

We got back out on the water!

The second iteration of the Sail to Reward Regatta was an unforgettable, record-breaking day. 14 teams took to The Solent to compete, 150 people came to dinner, our incredible event sponsors and supporters made it possible and we raised over £25,000! Thank you to everyone – the sailors, sponsors, supporters, guests, prize donors and bidders – who made Sail to Reward possible. The Boutique Hotelier Awards reward the best hotels in the country, recognise the most innovative new products and mark the achievements of excellent staff and employers in the hospitality sector, after a year of recovery and new challenges. The glittering awards ceremony is held on the first night of the Independent Hotel Show. The event is business formal (black tie optional) and will include a sparkling Champagne reception and a three-course dinner, as well as the presentation of awards to the country’s best hotels and spas, alongside the greatest brands they sell. Key members of staff and teams are also applauded.

The wonderful support we receive through various fundraising initiatives enable us to deliver our objectives and give more breaks to some truly remarkable volunteers.
