Room to Reward are delighted to announce The Brend Collection as the latest hospitality group to join the unique charity and donate breaks in unsold rooms to nominated volunteers from the charity sector.
Long-time supporters of numerous local causes, hotels in the group will now be welcoming volunteers – nominated by organisations across the U.K. in recognition of their dedication – for a break in rooms that would otherwise go unsold.
“We are proud to join Room to Reward,” said Matthew Brend, Director of Brend Group. “It’s a simple thing for hotels to be a part of and a great way of putting our unsold rooms to good use. We look forward to welcoming some amazing volunteers for a well-earned break.”
To date, over 2500 volunteers, including those from organisations like The Wave Project, Surfers Against Sewage, Devon Air Ambulance, Cornwall Hospice Care and many more have enjoyed a memorable break in one of Room to Reward’s 900+ hotel partners across the U.K.
“We are absolutely delighted to welcome The Brend Collection to the Room to Reward journey,” said Adam Terpening, the charity’s Director. “To have the backing of such a prestigious group and the addition of such a wonderful collection of properties is just amazing. We couldn’t do what we do without the generosity of our hotel partners and we are hugely grateful to everyone at The Brend Collection for their fantastic support.”
Room to Reward works with hospitality and voluntary organisations across the U.K.
