A night of glitz, glamour and amazing pledges!
We were delighted to be named as the official charity partner for the AA Hospitality Awards in London earlier this week.
On Monday evening, shoes were polished, bow-ties battled with and dinner jackets donned as we headed for Grosvenor House.

With Claudia Winkleman hosting and more than 900 hospitality professionals in attendance, R2R founder Nic Roach took to the stage to not-so-gently persuade and cajole those in the room to get involved on the Room to Reward journey!
Watch Nic Work the Room!
It’s fair to say it worked! Envelopes were filled and our small team of amazing volunteers for the night were kept extremely busy counting up the donations and pledges. And the grand totals are…
To be honest, we were left a bit speechless by the end of the night. It’s inspiring, humbling and more than a little emotional to see so many people embrace R2R, support what we are doing and help us give back and say ‘thank you’ to the Hidden Heroes.
Speaking of thank yous, this amazing night was made possible by the efforts of a few fantastic R2R supporters. We would like to thank:
Simon Numphud, MD of AA Hotel and Hospitality Services (and R2R Ambassador) for the opportunity.
Amy Cairns-Holder, Rebecca Dibben, Sarah King and Victoria Rose of Harbour Hotels for some of the quickest envelope collecting and counting ever seen!
Finally, congratulations to Harbour Hotels for picking up the award for Hotel Group of the Year – a great night all round!
